Abdul Ahad, the petitioner, was absent before the magistrate while the police filed a reply in the court.
The court again issued notice and adjourned the hearing, ordering Abdul Ahad to appear at the next hearing on July 18.
At the last hearing, the court had suspended the order of the Judicial Magistrate regarding the postmortem.
In an informal conversation with the media after appearing in court, Amir Liaquat’s ex-wife Bushra said that we were present in the court today.
Citizen Abdul Ahad did not come even today, I do not understand what his intentions are.
It is unfortunate that someone leaves and his family members are being taken to court in this manner.
The ex-wife said that unfortunately humanity has disappeared from within us.
Why didn’t the people who are actively reporting on social media appear before the judge here? Our lawyers will talk about Dania Shah.
The message for Abdul Ahad is that there are so many active lawyers, so understand and don’t waste court time like this.
On this occasion, the lawyer of the heirs Zia Awan Advocate said in the conversation that the court had
suspended the order of the Judicial Magistrate at the last hearing and had issued a restraining order. Notices were issue for June 29.
