Faisal Vawda’s case was heard in the Supreme Court under the chairmanship of the Chief Justice of Pakistan. The court summoned the former minister at 11 am tomorrow. “Faisal Vavada will be call to Court tomorrow | Will be Disqualify for life if | Chief Justice |”
The court ordered Faisal Vawda to bring a certificate of renunciation of US citizenship and gave him two options. The Chief Justice said that Faisal Vawda should admit his mistake and be disqualified under 63 (1) C, otherwise the court would proceed with the case under 62 (1) F.

Justice Umar Atta Bandial said that there is enough material before the court to disqualify Faisal Vawda for life. He will be disqualified for life.

The court remarked that Faisal Vawda changed the history of dual citizenship by appearing before the Supreme Court. We have material before us which proves that Faisal Vawda gave false affidavit. Islamabad High Court has the authority to declare disqualification for life.
In further remarks, the court said. “Why can’t the Supreme Court disqualify you for life with the evidence in front of you?” Faisal Vawda told several lies to cover up one lie. Further hearing was adjourn till tomorrow morning.
