According to the details, the tragic incident took place in Chiniot, Punjab, 32-year-old Iram, a resident of Lahore, attempted self-immolation outside the house of Sub-Inspector Zal Hasnain, a resident of Satellite Town in Chiniot, and set himself on fire. She was transfer to the Allied Hospital in Chiniot. According to Dr. Zak, the woman’s body has suffered 80% burns. The condition of the girl is still critical.

According to the preliminary investigation of the police, Aram and sub-inspector Zal Hasnain were friends, Zal Hasnain had promised to marry Aram, but instead of Aram, he married another girl, after which Aram became deeply saddened.

Before self-immolation, Iram also sent a letter to the police authorities in which he said that Sub-Inspector Zal Hasnain sexually assaulted me for several days on the pretense of marriage, during which Zal Hasnain sent me indecent photos and videos. Also, when I asked Zal Hasnain for marriage, he threatened to put the pictures and videos on the internet.
Iram further said in the letter that when I told his father and brother about Zal Hasnain. They also did not take any action. But it felt as if they were together with Zal Hasnain. I am afraid that after me they He will try to harm my family. Zal Hasnain has blackmailed me and received money several times while he has Mirazivar too, only Zal Hasnain is responsible for my condition.
