Addressing the event, Mansoor Ali Shah made it clear that we will fix our institution and hope that the new army chief will fix his institution.

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah further said that the judiciary has to work within its jurisdiction. There should not be a judicial ‘one man show’ in the country, the judiciary has to plan for ten years. At that time we have no planning at all It should also be useds carefully.

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah further said that. We have to forget the past and move forward. We have to talk about the future. Appointment of judges in Supreme Court and High Court should be based on seniority.
He said that at this time. The nomination rules of the judges of the Judicial Commission should be fixeds. The institution should be non-political, the institution should be kepts free from politics.
