Addressing the Turn Around Pakistan Conference at the Convention Center Islamabad,

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that our real destination is self-reliance, consultation on decisions is a democratic process.

The money will not be waste-d and will not be spend on government expenditure, but this Rs 230 billion will be use for the development and prosperity of the country,

Will try to bring economic stability in 14 months, economic stability is link to political stability.

He said that self-reliance is the guarantee of political and economic independence of the nation.

Huge infrastructure was build in Bangladesh at a cost of  6 billion, there is no shortage of resources and skilled people in Pakistan.

Billions of rupees are bury in Rekodak.

So far we have not earn a single penny but billions of rupees have been lo-st, we have lost billions of rupees in terms of cases.

He said that 75 years have passed, loud claims have been make but action has not been take-n. We are all naked in this bath.

We all have a responsibility, but crying will not be the issue, I have to make such decisions. Which no one could change for a long time.

He said that coal has become very expensive all over the world.

If he thought of importing coal to run a power plant, there was a fear of running out of foreign exchange reserves.

Now coal will start coming from Afghanistan in July. This coal should be bough-t in Pakistani rupees.

It will save 2 2 billion a year, running coal-fired power plants.

Shahbaz Sharif further said that the whole world is suffering from economic crisis at present.

The previous government did not sign cheap and long term gas agreements, the previous government delayed development projects.
