The Chief Justice has fixed Arshad Sharifs murder by suicide notice case for hearing today
The Supreme Court has taken suo motu notice of Arshad Sharif s murder in Kenya.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan has scheduled the Arshad Sharif murder suo motu case for hearing today.
A 5-member larger bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear the case today.

Imran Khan had written a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan regarding the killing of senior journalist Shaheed Arshad Sharif.
In his letter, former Imran Khan requested the Chief Justice of Pakistan to
investigate the incident through an independent judicial commission to provide
justice to the family members in the murder case of Shaheed Arshad Sharif.
In this campaign started by Pakistani citizens, thousands of Pakistanis have written letters to the Chief Justice, in this regard,
Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan also asked the
Chief Justice to conduct an inquiry into the martyrdom of Shaheed Arshad Sharif
under an independent judicial commission. Wrote a letter to Pakistan.

Writing as the widow of Arshad Sharif’
who was brutally murdered in Kenya on
23rd October 2022 Shaheed Arshad Sharif’ was honored to
receive the Presidential Pride of Performance ,Award in 2019 and the Journalism
Awareness Award in 2012. Arshad Sharif completed his
Masters in Media Studies from the University of Ulster,
Northern Ireland. He is a well-known and distinguished journalist not
only in Pakistan but also around the world. Corruption highlighted.
Jawaria Siddiq further said in ,the letter that
you are requested to help us in ensuring the
investigation of the brutal murder of Shaheed Arshad,
the investigation of the murder of Arshad Sharif,
should be done by a high level international
team of experts under the direct supervision of the United Nations.
We will approach the Supreme Court of Pakistan to form a
judicial commission to conduct a transparent inquiry into the brutal murder of Arshad Sharif.
