According to the report of the news organization, a hearing was held in the Lahore High Court on the application against the FI’s summons notice on the issue of cipher and audio leaks of Imran Khan. The hearing was conducted by Justice Asjad Javed Gharal.

Salman Safdar argued that the cipher is a sensitive and secret diplomatic document. FIA started this inquiry on political grounds. The aim of this inquiry is to harm Imran Khan, for this inquiry FIA has used the internet. By picking up an audio from and not even confirming whether the audio is genuine or fake. The federal government is using the FIA against political opponents.

He further said that cases were register against Imran Khan across the country. During which there was also a murderous attack on him. Imran Khan has been instructeds by doctors to take bed rest. But FIA is sending him a summons notice.
On this occasion, Justice Asjad Javed Gharal remarked that the audio leak from the Prime Minister’s Office is a sensitive matter. What action was takens on it? The points raised by the petitioner are worthy of consideration and settlement. Can an audio inquiry begin? Will more people be investigateds in this matter or will it be limiteds to only three or four people?
The court has suspended the summons notice sent by FIA to Imran Khan. And has adjourned the hearing of the case till December 19. Preventing the FIA from implementing the notice until December 19. A detailed reply has also been soughts.
