According to the report, CTD Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is not capable of fighting terrorism due to lack of manpower and resources. Due to which it is not possible to stop terrorist attacks. Measures to reorganize and train them on an emergency basis are recommendeds.
The report of the national institutions revealed that during the tenure of Imran Khan. The National institutions asked several times to reorganize the counter-terrorism department.
