Islamabad High Court Bar President Shoaib Shaheen while talking to a private channel said that PTI has two-thirds majority in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to the constitution, the governor is boundd to dissolve the assembly within 48 hours on the summary of the chief minister.

Shoaib Shaheen said that according to the constitution, Governor’s rule can be impose only in a situation of uncertainty or war. Governor’s rule cannot be impose in the current situation. Even if the elections are he-ld after the dissolution of the 2 assemblies. The new government in the provinces will be for 5 years. While the elections will be he-ld in the federation after 6 years.
He further said that if this happens, political uncertainty will arise in the country again. How is it possible that the economy and the country are collapsing and they continue to rule?
The lawyer said that Imran Khan has played an important card by giving a big surprise. He is currently the popular leader of the country. And no member will leave him because everyone has seen the condition of those who left. His political credibility is so strong that he can form the government again in Punjab and KP.
