A two-member bench consisting of Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan and Justice Shakeel Ahmed heard the petition of the female officer.
The petitioner’s lawyer Saleem Shah Hoti told the court that the female officer filed a harassment case against two officers of the Commissionerate. But the Commissionerate reversed. An inquiry has been started against the woman and now she is being harassed in various ways.

Riztaj Anwar, the lawyer of the Afghan Commissionerate, told the court that there is no such thing, the female officer has made 12 visits to different countries from 2012 to 2020 and did not take any NOC, an inquiry has been started on the same, no action against her. And the inquiry is not happening.

Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan asked the female officer whether you have received proof. On this, the female officer said that no show-cause notice has been give-n to her yet. The lawyer of the Afghan Commissionerate told the court that the woman has not been give-n a show-cause notice, but she has been charge-sheet.
Justice Mohammad Ibrahim Khan inquired whether the charge sheet was do-ne after the harassment case or before? The petitioner’s counsel said that the charge sheet was file two to three days after the harassment case was file.
Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan remarked that the charge sheet was file after the harassment case was file. It means the department head is not happy with the woman, hence the charge sheet has been file.

Justice Shakeel Ahmed further remarked that the application of the officers against whom the harassment case was file is also under hearing. Ibrahim Khan said that we will hear these two cases together and issue a decision.
After the hearing, the woman told a private TV on the condition of anonymity that since the day I filed the harassment case, these people have been following me, the officers were harassing us in different ways. An application was make to the commissioner but no action was take-n.
The woman said. “We applied to the provincial ombudsman. They sent the case to the federal ombudsman. The federal ombudsman heard the case and gave a decision after 8 months, and ordered the dismissal of the two officers if the charges were prove.” “Given.”
The female officer said that after that the Commissioner transferred her to Haripur and the other female colleague to DI Khan. On which she filed a petition against him in the High Court, and the court ruled in her favor. And suspended notification of transfer.
He further said, but when we went to the office. The next day we were transferr to another office. I have no work in the office where I have been transfer. I go daily but there is no work. All the men in this office There are employees. I am the only woman in the entire office, they are punishing me for filing a harassment case.
The dismissed officers in the harassment case appealed to the President of Pakistan against the decision of the Federal Ombudsman. But the President of Pakistan also rejected the appeal of the accused officers. After which the Afghan Commissionerate also dismissed the two officers. done.
